Open access statement

IJPAS is an open-access journal. This means that any reader or his or her institution can access all of the content for free. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the complete texts of the articles for any lawful purpose without first seeking permission from the publisher or author, as defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
